Skellam AI leverages enterprise data to provide insights and automate actions for online merchants. One of their product offerings is a sales engagement tool for SMBs called Greyfox Solutions*. Through quick insights and behaviour-based automations, merchants can make data-driven decision to improve their customer engagement.

In my role as a UX consultant, I worked on redesigning the platform to make it more cohesive, easy-to-use, and data friendly. With rethought automation structures and data presentations, we were able to ensure that the interface aligned with industry standards and was easy to adopt.

The designs went through multiple iterations based on research and testing to ensure that the product could be adopted at scale and while considering different subsets of users.
