MailPoet is an email automation plugin designed for WooCommerce users within WordPress. My main focus was on enhancing the user interface and streamlining the onboarding process, as well as designing screens for features such as segmentation, analytics and automations.

 

This was a year-long iterative collaboration with the team at Automattic, during which I primarily restructured the UI and improved functionality for different user types (New/Existing, Free/Premium, Woo/WordPress).
